Yes you can, but you can't play on both at the same time. You can install it on 100 computers, but you're only allowed to log in on one at one time.

you can use the same disks to put WoW on as many computers as you would like. but with only one account, you can only play on one computer at a time.

Yes you can, I read an article where a guy downloaded a MOD and he grouped his 3 characters together and played all three at once, using one keyboard, and 3 different computers, it is illegal though so you risk getting banned, but it can be done.
