How can I share an internet connection with other computers?

I receive internet by a wireless card with an static IP, and I have an ethernet card connected to a switch. I want to share the inernet from the PC (with an static IP) with the other computers connected to the switch.

I've tried with ''Internet Connection Sharing'' but it changes the IP of the internet connection.
