My company just got 20 used computers and they want me to install xp on them. All they have is one XP OEM Pro sp 2 disk. This disk is one that we had, it did not come with these computers. Do i need to buy 20 license to do this. Or is there a way i can use of OEM disk to install XP on 20 compuers. Please advise, it will be really appreciated.

An OEM version of XP is only good for the system you bought it with. You will need to buy 19 more licenses if you want to install it on 20 more PCs. Using an OEM license for more than one PC is illegal.

As it is for a company, you will have to purchase the licenses from Microsoft for each computer. I'm pretty sure Microsoft can work something out with the company.
Yes it is possible if we are talking about possibilities but if we talk about LEGALITIES? Well..you are courting trouble because your OS is only good for ONE particular PC that has it as part of the package. Now if you want to be raided by the people of MICROSOFT and sued for PIRACY then go ahead install one disk to 20 different computers. I hope they would be linient to you if ever. Word of advice? DON''T!!! the possibilities are endless but those are the possibilities of you going behind bars if you ever try it!!!
