You can boot your computer by hard disk drive, LAN (if your admin provides net-boot), cdrom (dvd), floppy, usb drive etc. If you do not have the option to boot from HDD and LAN (i assumed because you are asking this question), the best way to boot your system is using a bootable CD(or DVD) that gives you network config support for Internet. You have a number of options here. Easily and freely available ones are Linux based that i will be explaining later.
