It would be way too easy to 'cheat' voting with a computer. They wait to the end to vote so everyone has a fair chance.

you download a program to your PC. It uses its modem to call the Idol # that you want to call. Keeps making calls until lines close.
i dunno because i think that they dont have time to check it to see who has to go or not. maybe they just don't want to put it since it take money to put it on.???? i dunno know and dont listen to me. my answer is dumb.
I think because that would make it easier for certain computer genius' to sway the vote unfairly.
