You need special software/application named: Network Monitoring Software (NMS). Try to put that keyword on your favorite search engine. The good software for network monitoring should support SNMP version 3 and it could be expensive to buy. Anyway, there's still some of freeware with limitted function. You can try also the evaluation software before you decide whether you want to buy it or not. Good luck.
