If it's allowed to be on more than one PC you just install it as normal.. if it's not you need (or should) to buy one for each computer..
just pop it in and install it on all three computers, it should work fine, I have installed it on up to 8 at a time and it works.
if it is one cd with only one serial. no it cant happen. if you bought a license for it too work on mnoore than one computer u will have to download a computer neetwork manager that can manage all the computers from one computer.
1.you can find your home network through mcafee, an in there you can protect all your computers from the one that has it installed on it
2. or you can download mcafee from your account online an install it from there website
